"We received wonderful hospitality from Steve and janice.the property was spotless and tastefully decorated, quality of breakfast was first class and hot which is very important to me faultless,our hosts were incredible helpful and welcoming and went that extra mile to make sure all our needs were met . would highly recommend this residence and on our next visit to Torquay we will definitely be staying here again 5* highly recommended Thank you Paula,Dave and teddy "

"It is a fabulous little guest house and the hosts couldn't do enough for us. 1st class breakfast, fresh and hot. Do not be fooled by the " tired" appearance from the roadside, it really is belting inside, clean and friendly."

"The owners were really lovely and accommodating, they leant me things from their own kitchen as I needed to bake some bits while I was staying there, and even offered to put the dishes in their dishwasher so I didn’t have to wash it up myself. Although, the kitchen had everything you needed for a normal stay there. They waited up for us as we were late getting there for check in, due to a long journey. "We stayed in this delightful cottage for three night. The whole house was kitted out with everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen though we are out mostly. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to store our clothes with plenty of hangers. The shower was easy to use and there was plenty of hot water. Close to all amenities and transport links - buses, trains and tour boats."
