"We loved the size. We loved the nile view, and being so close to the nile entertainment promenade. The staff, was very friendly and wanted to help. The house cleaning staff were especially great. Value overall is strong. Oh beds and linens were comfortable and clean. But the hotel is old and shabby. The carpeting hard large dark areas, but felt equally soft everywhere. The showers were not great. I asked other guests at breakfast everyone had issues. Some of our shower issues were...

"It was good overall. Just several of the staff, at the front door and restaurant were not friendly nor attentive. Rather they just were engrossed on their phones. Omar at the front desk was fantastic, really making us feel welcome and spoke very good English. Breakfast was very good, coffee decent and chef very nice. Oddly the others would just stand around chatting or on phones and offer no service. Bell boys were nice. Very nice sitting lounge. "

"We stayed there for three days, I paid a lot of money for the better suite and expected good service, The WiFi would go out daily and you wouldn’t have it for hours, the key would blank out daily and if you are on a top floor that meant going down to the lobby and getting a new one, this happened three times with us. The bathroom shower had black mold and flooded, since we had a suite there was also a tub with shower we used that, but the water wouldn’t mix in the shower so it was either...
