"incredibly convenient for a morning fligh and very comfortable and quiet. Our room had no windows but that hardly mattered for sleeping through the night."

"The hotel is very conveniently located 10 minutes walking from Paddington stadium. Hitel staff were also nice. I didnt appreciate that even though they say no room service until checkout, someone actually went in and serviced the room. Thats normally ok, but I prefer not to as I dont want any risk of people going through my staff. I also found it ridiculous, that after paying over $800, they charge to store bags if you arrive early or need to hold bags when a flight out is hours after...

"Liked price,location OK as transportation to Heathrow conveniently in front of property. I was not advised there were two Hotel Ibises at Heathrow. a kilometer apart. We were dropped off at the wrong Ibis and had to take a city bus to get to the one that held our reservation. I advise Ibis to make this distinction clear in their description."

"Hotel is very dated & tired in appearance, however rooms were clean. Room exceptionally hot as weather warm but able to open windows. Air conditioning unit torn from walll & did not seem particularly safe to use. Rooms complete with amenities - iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee (however milk pots most definitely off). Great location- 5 minute walk from Wembley Stadium/Arena & parking a nice bonus. Free continental breakfast if booked online directly with the hotel. Would stay again for convenience...
