"The resort is beautiful, especially on the ocean side of the street. The pool at the other side is large with a swim-up bar and very pleasant. Front desk and site personnel were great. Concierge not so much. I could tell they just book with the companies they have an agreement with, without any concern for what we are looking for- they were on autopilot and just pointed to whatever was shown on their iPad. I wouldn't recommend doing the ATV forest tour through them. It was mostly farmland...

"We stayed here for 3 nights. The grounds of the resort are excellently maintained and beautiful then sadly you go back to your room. The rooms are terrible. They are extremely dated. The purple looks like something out of Austin Powers. The paint is chipping of the walls, doors and cabinets. The doors an cabinets look like they have just been painted over for years. The shower has a purple glass bock wall and the glass blocks were full of cracks. The TV was the size of a computer...

"Daniel my personal assistant made this birthday trip for my daughter and I so much special . He arranged dinner at all the restaurants and surprises us with a birthday celebration at the steakhouse. Once we came back to the room it was decorated with balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and he left a birthday note for my daughter. We stay in the Star Class Junior Ocean View Suite. The room was clean and smelling pleasant every day."
