"Amazing Service and Everything Meets and Exceeds Expectations Only Amenities that need upgrading is the gym due to insufficient amount of weight and only having dumbbell rack and treadmills as the exercises and the laundry dryer was very weak even after 3 hrs of drying 2 hoodies they were still damped however regardless of these two downsides the staff and the room itself made everything an amazing experience. "We skipped the breakfast because the aeon supermarket and coffee shop opens at 8am so we went down to the coffee shop for breakfast! The hotel is great! Clean, spacious rooms! The onsen and grand ariake garden mall is the best place for families to stay! Such good restaurants and the onsen connected to the hotel is so clean and relaxing! "
