"Such an elegant hotel with amazing staff and great service. The rooms and hotel are designed so professionally which catches your eyes on the first look. "
"Fantastic hotel experience. Many wonderful touches and gestures that made a memorable traditional feeling stay. Rooms and bathrooms exceptional. Service a little out of touch with international high end hotel norms and protocols, but overall highly recommended. "

Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier
10/10 Excellent
"Outstanding friendly helpful staff!!!! Facility impeccably clean!! Will come back again!! "
"Everyone at the hotel was nice and friendly! They were all so helpful. The area around the hotel had convenient stores, department stores, and public transportation, as well as many restaurants. Loved our stay. Perfect for our first trip to Japan!"
"The Hotel New Otani is beautiful and upscale. The gardens are amazing! Be sure to set aside an hour to enjoy the plants and tranquil water. The staff provide the highest level of service. Most speak English. It’s not near the tourist sites, but there’s a metro station nearby and taxis. We stayed at a downtown hotel on our way out of Japan, and I didn’t prefer one location over the other.
The beds are VERY hard. Very. It’s normal for Japan, but if you want “American soft” beds, choose a Western brand. The rooms are spacious with nice bathroom facilities. They are generous with toiletries, and the soaps smell great. Try the face cream and lotion.
There are many options for food on the lower levels. We liked Tully’s Coffee for breakfast. The main restaurant offers breakfast as well. I really enjoyed the pizza restaurant, which is tucked around a corner. They have pizza, noodle bowls, and gorgeous desserts. It’s their best kept secret! The Currency Exchange is located in the post office. It’s only open until 5:00 pm. There are exchange machines all over Tokyo—we didn’t have any trouble finding one. We felt safe getting money and carrying cash."
"Excellent hotel especially for the price. If you dont have a problem with the typical size of a Japanese hotel room, and plan on roaming around a lot regardless, its "mini luxury" with typical Japanese standards in terms of service, cleanliness, and its great that they also have onsen. Close to Tokyo Midtown, Roppongi, Akasaka and a short ride or subway to Ginza, etc. You are right in the middle of Tokyo for the most part."
"
I didn't encounter any problems during check-in or check-out. The staff was very helpful and ready to assist with any questions. The cleaning service was consistently attentive, so my room was always tidy upon my return."
"It’s a nice location, where you can get all your needs in just a few steps away. Staff are very friendly and courteous and will accommodate your request"
