I had a lovely stay at the King Charles Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, offering great advice on nearby places of interest and attractions.
The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, and the
staff was always courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. Another bonus was the hotel bar, which offered an array of food choices which was a welcomed convenience after a long day of...

How is this a 3-star hotel - it’s absolutely lovely. The rooms are excellent: the room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and surrounded by fields. Wonderful buffet breakfast
There for a wedding - a series of room key blunders and double bookings made it hilarious but the staff were friendly and acted quick to adjust. Faulty Towers anyone ?

Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, and the exceptional service from your team truly made our visit memorable.
From the moment we arrived, Alice at the front desk welcomed us with outstanding customer service, making check-in seamless and pleasant.
We also want to give a special mention to Julie, our greeter and waitress, who looked after us beautifully during breakfast each morning with her warm and attentive hospitality.
Thank you to everyone for a lovely experience,...

Always stay here staff are excellent. Hotel room has everything we need and sitting out looking onto the lake is stunning
Food is reasonably priced and you can have it brought to your room for a service charge. Breakfast is good or if you’re going out for the day they offer sandwiches instead.

We had a fabulous experience at Channels Lodge. The location in a peaceful country setting, the room with up-to-date facilities and clean, well appointed and lots of electrical connections. The staff so welcoming. From this time on this will be our destination when we visit relatives nearby.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a convenient location near bus stops and the tube as well as a bunch of places to eat. The air conditioning was also a welcome perk!

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark.
Friendly staff made it a great place.

The staff at the Limehouse were top notch. Helped us with our luggage to our room in the old building, showed us around to the sauna area, and helped us order food for delivery at their sister restaurant, which was delicious. Room was beautiful too, the decorations around the common areas were so cute. For transportation into the central area, it was very convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside that took you downtown, and if you walk about 8 minutes you can catch the DLR to Tower Gateway or...

Loved the location and lobby design. Our room was small but we knew it would be beforehand. The food was as good as it could be for Britain & the staff was very welcoming and friendly (especially Erica!).
