"The room is self is basic, but a very comfortable bed, pillows and a great upgraded beautiful bathroom and shower. THe elevator to the 5th floor where the hotel is placed is a bit small and old, but fits in with the charm of the old world area! Right in the heart of everything!"

"Wow, this hotel is A+++! We loved everything about it. Our room was so cool, on the 4th floor overlooking the Plaza Mayor. The lighting throughout the hotel and in our room is awesome and romantic! The restaurant decor is fabulous and the staff were all top notch. We would have loved to use the beautiful spa but ran out of time. I might return to Madrid just to stay here again! Loved it so much. Thank you all!"
