"We used the room as a family for a stopover following a late flight back to Heathrow. It was a nice large room with a large double and a proper small double bed for the children to share which was good as I was expecting a sofa bed. We requested extra pillows for the children on arrival and these were provided quickly. We had some tasty lighter bites to eat in the bar. The room was not set up for 4 in terms of towels/ cups but we didn’t really need these given the short time we were staying and I suspect given how quickly we were given extra pillows, if we had needed and requested other items this wouldn’t have been a problem. We thought a few complimentary biscuits in the room would have been a nice touch for weary travellers though. A word of caution about the parking - we had a roof box on our crossover type vehicle to accommodate suitcases and we could only drive part way into the basement carpark due to low ceiling height which became worse due to boxed out signage for the hotel. We were only able to drive through and out of the car park the following morning as the disabled spaces had become free and the headroom was better on that side of the car park. We would have had to reverse out through the entrance otherwise and I’m not sure what impact that would have had on parking charges if ANR was being used."

"Near airport - the taxi is a bit pricey. Nice coffee bar and restaurant. Was a little surprised that you are charged 15 pounds extra if you want your room before 3pm. But overall it was a good clean, quiet place to stay near the airport."
