"This property is quiet and well located in old Edinburgh. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed making a few meals during our stay. The bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and HVAC system worked well. Excellent stay!"
Kildonan Lodge Hotel

"Difficult to find in the dark even with satnav. There is lighting near the sign but the opening to the car park is difficult to find. Good amount of parking although not enough for every room. Didn't have breakfast here as there were cheaper options within a 10 minute walk. Room was smaller than looked on photos when booking and apart from some dust behind the nightstands was clean. Bed linen was nice and soft but the all season duvet was a bit too much for summer. Couldn't have window open as was on ground floor and was a little difficult to open the sash window too. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. Shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. Staff were nice. There was a lounge and bar fridge available alongside extra refreshment supplies. Two bottles of water supplied in room. Noise was minimal so got a good night sleep. Easy to drive around Edinburgh and the local region from here."
