"This is a budget all‑inclusive, and you get what you pay for. The food was below average, and dinner reservations were nearly impossible unless you wanted to eat very late. We actually went into Cancun for dinner a couple nights, which defeats the purpose of an all‑inclusive. Surprisingly, the best food was the hamburgers at the pool buffet. Drinks were disappointing—very sweet with little alcohol. The only reliable drink was a rum and Coke. There’s just one pool bar and one lobby bar, resulting in long lines. The pool bar closes at 6 PM, leaving only the lobby bar for the entire resort. Rooms are outdated with rough and dingy towels and a rusty jetted tub (we didn’t use it), but the beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful, and AC worked great. Big positive: the staff were amazing—friendly, hardworking, and always hustling."

"We had a short stay at this property and thank goodness for that. Upon pulling up you can see that this is an older property. Check in- wasn't a smooth process, wasn't told where to go, kids weren't added to our room which then made more of an issue when booking our meal for the next evening difficult. The room that we were put in was very old and adjoining to another family. The balcony door didn't lock. When having a shower it felt like you may fall through the tub which was old lacked caulking and the tap wouldn't stay at a consistent temperature. Not to mention the crumbling drywall around it. We found there was a smell in our section of the hotel that we were put in. When dealing with the staff had to ask for things multiple times at the front desk and even then it didn't happen. The food was sub-par at best. There could have been more fresh fruit available. The entertainment was poor. I wouldn't recommend coming to this hotel at all. "
