"Nice hotel, good pool area (did get very busy though, but still good), good breakfast and helpful staff. Everything we needed for a stay with our children."

"Hotel is very dated & tired in appearance, however rooms were clean. Room exceptionally hot as weather warm but able to open windows. Air conditioning unit torn from walll & did not seem particularly safe to use. Rooms complete with amenities - iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee (however milk pots most definitely off). Great location- 5 minute walk from Wembley Stadium/Arena & parking a nice bonus. Free continental breakfast if booked online directly with the hotel. Would stay again for convenience...

"Great location (walkable to Richmond riverfront) especially if you want to enjoy the grassland around the river. Lovely cafe hut nearby (down the hill) and easily accessible from Richmond train station by bus and a short, very uphill walk. The common areas of the hotel are very pleasant and comfortable. Nicely decorated and plenty of places to sit etc. A big highlight is the water fountain next to reception which has still and sparkling water on tap. The restaurant is also lovely and I ate...

"The staff was so very helpful and nice. Every request we made was met quickly and with a smile. This city doesn't sleep much in the center so it isn't very quiet outside but the inside of the hotel was very peaceful and we slept very well! Very clean and comfortable!"
