"Really good Hotel, very central, very helpful staff, excellent inclusive breakfast. We were not happy with our room, which was noisy from traffic outside .Eventually we changed, albeit at an extra cost. All in all, would recommend"

"my second stay at the Mercure, and it was even better than the first! The rooms are consistently spotless, The pool area is fantastic super clean, with plenty of space to relax. And the hot tub? Absolutely perfect after a long day the staff were incredibly friendly The room was spotless and so comfy Everything felt really modern and well-maintained, which made my stay feel extra special. Seriously, between the amazing pool and hot tub, and the fantastic location I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!"

"Welcoming at reception and told about where things were very helpful and understanding Ron was clean and bright with out look onto canal my only niggle was WiFi in room not the best but great at reception and could not tv to work radio through tv ok but wanted to watch a bit of telly overall great place to stop food food and lot of welcoming staff"

"Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, but needs some updating. Thete was plenty of space for more drawers for clothes, a table/ rack for a suitcase , and a small table between the chairs would have been useful. The pool and spa area was excellent. The gardens are lovely. The restaurant was heavily influenced by spice - too much for older taste buds, but the chef was accommodating! "
