"We had a great stay! Communicating with Casey was very easy - she responded within minutes. The place was cozy, and a perfect fit for our family of 5. We made a fire each night and cooked in the kitchen with ease. Great location in town. She messaged me the day before our stay and said the fridge was broken. She offered me a full refund to cancel or a reduction in price if we still wanted to come. It was a bummer, but we decided to continue with our trip. She and her husband made us a priority and within 24 hours had replaced the fridge so we had fully functional kitchen! It was a huge relief for us and a true sign of how much they value their guests. "

"The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The condition inside and out were absolutely in need of total repairs. Cement debri and trash outside, trash containers overflowing. The inside lobby was great but elevator dirty, carpet to room was filthy, inside room couch was patched with a prior matching pillow, window sill was a patched piece of plywood, darking curtains was duct taped and view out window was a dilapidated falling down rental. Can’t believe they feel good about charging for a $250+ room for a night"
