"We are a family of four with two young children. We stayed for 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were super comfy. Both bedrooms had a tv with casting function. The showers had both fixed shower head and hand held hose which was g There isn't daily housekeeping, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. There was a construction site next door however the excellent soundproofing and blockout blinds, you would never realise it was there. The location was great, within close proximity to many dining options, along with woolworths and chemist warehouse next door. Was an easy walk to the tram to catch into the city."

"With the hotel only opened in about 6 months ago, the amenities still has a new feel to it. However, we booked the room thinking that it would have a separate bath (listed on the details) but that wasn’t the case. We found out later that there are only 3 rooms with a bath at the hotel. We love that all the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the room layout is great and functional. However, there was an issue in our room 706 which we shared privately with the hotel, hope that can be improved in near future. There were also some design improvements that can be made for guests comfort that we shared with the hotel too."

"We have stayed previously at this hotel and it seems the furnishings and carpets, etc could use a deeper clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We like the location with the proximity to the city centre a short drive away. Lots of construction in Melbourne going on and of course the traffic is usually busy."
