"I booked this room because of the pictures online. We were married Wednesday night and checked in Thursday afternoon. We are on our 70’s. We were looking forward to setting by the fireplace in our room and enjoying the ambiance. The fireplace didn’t work. I reported it and was told “No it doesn’t work. I’ll see what I can do about it “. Nothing was fixed nor was I credited for not having a working fireplace. "

"The tv was next to impossible to fiqure out. Very loud if your in the front room by the parkway. Breakfast was average. The alarm clock woke us up at 5am very loud we didnt set it🙄"

"Great location. Plenty to do within walking distance. central location to Gatlinburg and Severville. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a riverfront room with a balcony. Great for coffee in the morning and to unwind in the evening. Only thing I missed was a place for breakfast at the resort. There is a Starbucks on property if that works for you. I have dietary remand they had nothing I could eat. Overall I loved the resort and would definitely stsy again"

"The lady at the front desk was so welcoming every time we walked by. She made the hotel feel so welcoming! The rooms were very clean and bigger than a usual hotel. Breakfast was as just okay just wish they would switch items up from one to the next . I would recommend this hotel to anyone ."

"Shower barely works and hair dryer did not work. Exposed lighting wires in the halls and in desperate need of painting everywhere"

"Loved the welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. The breakfast was well stocked and inviting, room was clean and everything worked as it should in the room. We enjoyed the rocking chairs down by the river. Owner and staff were pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book again on a return visit!!"

"Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers."
