"If you want a clean place with fresh linen and enough towels this isn’t your place to stay. There was blood stains on the sheets, shower was broken, not enough towels, bathtub dirty, smelled bad, elevator broken, staff seemed annoyed to actually help you with anything. Only saving grace was the pool area was decent for the kids. Hot tub is just a very hot tub with no bubbles. The whole hotel smelled like weed and mildew. I almost never rate a hotel this poorly but it was an experience I won’t soon forget."
