Dream Vacation Home

  • This place is suitable for business travel, vacations, and temporary stay. Welcome to an awesome house on the lake (1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms). Close to both Miami & Ft Lauderdale. It sleeps 6 comfortable but can easily accommodates up to 8 guests. Easy drive to the beaches. A day trip to Key West. Relax by the lake or on the screened in patio. This property is minutes away from both Hard Rock Casino and Stadium.
    Quiet neighborhood. It is located in a safe gated community is Pembroke Pines. The house has been recently renovated with high end amenities. You won't be disappointed!

    Host cancel our reservation while we were already checked in

    It’s was a horrible experience with this host, the house was dirty, especially the bathrooms, we had reached out to him to find out how to add our guest to the list so they could get thru the gate and he gave us a hard time, after we figured out and finally added our guest he went and canceled our reservation, an hour after we checked in saying it was because we had to may guest we had 7 people and it says sleeps( 8 ), it was Memorial Day weekend everything was booked, we tried to communicate with him but he was rude and very unprofessional, right after he canceled our reservation he reposted the house and triple the amount, then treated us with calling the cops we didn’t leave within 15 minutes, we had made this reservation months in advance, they issue a refund that was going to take 3-5 business it was a holiday weekend so we were left with out the money and a place to sleep. Stay away from his property’s he’s a scammer

    Property was not as described and ammenities promised were not provided.

    Host promised amenities such as garage and washer dryer then said it was not part of rental when we arrived. Also no dressers in any bedrooms. Both bathrooms were dirty. Owner claims to have done high end remodeling but house looks shabby at best. Claims to have seating in screened in patio. None was available. Difficult to deal with as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
