Room bit too dark for the mrs putting her make up on and the price of drinks criminal. Overall however, good hotel and if coming back to london id book again "

"All the staff were lovely- such a warm friendly welcome from them all. Room was very spacious and the only thing lacking was a towel rail. FYI there are separate male and female steam rooms so we had to steam separately. Huge variety on offer for buffet breakfast and great location - short walk from Waterloo and to theatre land.
