"Quick& efficient check-in. Hotel valet was friendly and prompt. The property, main lounge, hallways and surrounding areas were exceptionally clean. Caesars Palace/Casino, Canal Place, Riverwalk Outlets and eateries within walking distance."

"Liked the staff, friendliness, helpfulness; the room and both restaurants. Only drawback was cold shower thurs. morning about 10a.m. Wife had taken shower, then I took mine and after 10 seconds warm water turned cold and could not get warm. Would repeat, all the staff we dealt with were great. Cold shower only dislike."

"Amazing staff, beautiful set up. Restaurant 5 star. The only advice I would give is, remember you are on bourbon street. I think after this being our first stay I would pay extra to be in the tower which are higher floor rooms so may disperse the noise from the street below. Great great vibe and music coming from bourbon street, but so loud st 3am. Great to hear until midnight but when you want to sleep the party continues outside the hotel and the windows are not double glazed."
