"The stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The rooms were basic, outdated, and nowhere near what I would expect for the price. What made the experience even worse were the excessive hidden fees. Parking cost $45 per night, and the hotel charged a $100 per night deposit, causing the total extra charges to approach $1,000. To make matters worse, guests are expected to wait several days after checkout to receive their money back. The staff was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel more like an inconvenience than paying guests. For a property that advertises itself as a resort, it was shocking how many amenities required additional fees. Very little felt included, and the overall experience was no different from staying at an average hotel despite paying resort prices. Between the hidden costs, unfriendly staff, and constant extra charges, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. I would not stay here again and would encourage future travelers to carefully review all fees before booking"

"Close to airport but very dirty throughout the property. Room smelled like urine, bathroom sink couldn’t use without water going all over the counter because the faucet was not correct size. Had to hold shower handle because the shower head was broken. Bed was comfy"
