"Full Breakfast was disappointing and was limited to a breakfast platter. Anything other then items are breakfast platter were charged as extras. Dinner entree did not include pasta had to order a pasta appetizer to go with p chickem parmigiana entree. Message hotel several days before arrival to ask about upgrades or special options for wife's birthday and messages were never returned. "

"Great location, outdated rooms "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room. Staff was top notch. Unfortunately, I would probably never stay at that hotel again. The walls between rooms were so thin, we were able to hear the entire conversations from the guests staying next door. It’s not something we’d expect from a hotel chain of that caliber. Perfect location, great staff but we just could not sleep in our room. We left very disappointed."

"Nice hotel and great location! Good vibe. Safe and clean. Great ground floor bar and lounge areas. Rooftop pool OK, bit windy when I was there. Staffing sparse, by design. Have to pre-request room cleaning. Tech room and lighting great, controls awkward. Would stay here again, pretty good value "
