"Great hotel for families."

"Check-in was on a lower floor to the entrance of hotel. No formal greeting as was told to sled check-in at machine so nobody actually to speak to. Felt very mechanical. No sign of the baths onsen in the hotel at all so didn’t use them so disappointed. Room was good and view was lovely on 49th floor. Fridge was useless as was the air con. The freezer door was missing which meant that everything we put in the fridge, like fresh milk and drinks and snacks, got frozen and had to be thrown...

"Perfect for my family of 4: Location- 1 train stop like 2 -3 mins to universal studio, about 10-13 mins walks depending how fast you walk but I don’t recommend walking it when it’s humid hot July. Breakfast- amazing! Laundry- so much better than the last 2 hotels we stayed at. Convenient stores: 7-11 and Lawson are so close by. Room- my kids love the separate beds. It’s roomy enough. Amenities- great Staff are so accommodating. No microwave in the room but they have them downstairs....

"We had a wonderful stay at the Oriental Hotel Universal City in Osaka. The property's convenient location next to the JR line and metro station made navigating our itinerary very easy, especially with it being in the heart of the Universal CityWalk and so close to Universal Studios Japan, shopping, and dining. Our room was spacious, clean, and accommodating. We also greatly enjoyed the complimentary pancakes, ice cream, drinks, and afternoon hot dogs, as well as the buffet breakfast available...

"予約時に、他のホテルと迷っていたのですが、朝食付きの表示があったので、こちらのホテルに決めました。 が、朝、食堂に行くと、電気が点いておらず、物価高もあり、朝食はやっていないとのことで… 飲み物だけなら出せますとのことで、コーヒーをいただいていると、サラダとフルーツならありますと、提供していただきました。 結果、物足りず、チェックアウト後、モーニングを食べに行きました。 事前に分かっていれば、他を選択していました。 それ以外は、問題なく気持ち良く過ごせたので、残念でした。"

"The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. "
