"Central location but room was next to noisy elevator"

"Loved it. Clean, good good, friendly staff."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Only improvements needed are that the staff in the kitchen at breakfast were not able to answer questions about food allergies such as if nuts were in the muffins. They need to be able to find those answers or get training on it. Also our room was right by an emergency door so we kept getting woken up by loud slamming doors early in the am. "Clean room, good breakfast and nice location"

"Very clean and well designed. The heated pools were also nice. Well stocked gift shop. Breakfast included + Its also within walking distance to many things."

"Very accessible, clean and staff was good. Bed was not comfortable and room was either to cold or extra hot. For the most part good room for the price and location"

"Good hotel for being in tourist area"

"This is our go to place when we come down. Love it."

"Room was very large and spacious. Well laid out. Divider curtain between bathroom and beds was nice. Property is well located near restaurants and just across from The Island rides and entertainment area was directly across the street. Very pleased with the stay."

"Stayed two nights. Love it! Will stay here again!"

"The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was awesome and the staff was courteous and helpful finding me a bottle opener when I asked. I really liked the location, right in the middle of everything and the ability to get on and off the main drag safely but with little to no traffic noise, the pool and hot tub were great and I highly recommend this hotel!!! Headed back soon!"

"Wonderful stay and very clean facility!"

"The Fairfield was clean, new looking and conveniently located to our interests. The room was spacious and upscale. The common areas were spacious with plenty of room in the breakfast area. We will for sure consider the Fairfield on our next stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area."
