"Since the moment my bestfriend and I arrived we were treated like royalty. It was the most special we have ever felt in any resort we have ever been to. It was my bestfriends bachelorette and they were kind enough to bring us champagne and put a sign on our door. It was so sweet and thoughtful. The staff was incredible!!! 10/10 they were always ready and willing to help us no matter what. VIP Service was amazing. Some of the staff that stood out to us were Julio Rodriguez, Greta, and Jose....

"Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly.
