Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway

Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway

10/10 Excellent
"Very happy with our stay. Room was clean, comfortable, breakfast included, nice staff and they freshened towels and emptied garbage daily. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again and I recommend. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg/Merchant Square. Breakfast includes reconstituted scrambled eggs, either sausage links or bacon (alternating each day), make your own waffles with syrup, apples, oranges, dry cereal, bagels, blueberry muffins, small Danishes, bread for toast, english muffins, yogurt, peanut butter, cream cheese, jelly, butter. Fountain machine with orange juice, apple juice and water. Coffee machine and hot water for tea. I did not like the coffee at all but it's a good standard breakfast to start each day. Also, room did not smell at all, smelled clean, not like some hotels."

10/10 Excellent
"We were so pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness of our room. Usually there is a musty or cigarette smell, but in our room it was just a nice clean room with no bad odor. The staff were friendly and helpful. A nice continental breakfast was offered and the coffee was some of the best we have ever had in a hotel. We enjoyed the pool and that it was open until 10:00. Taking a dip after a hot day was so refreshing. Our Grandson especially loved the splash pad! Wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend staying here. The only thing I would recommend would be a shuttle to Busch Gardens. I still give high marks ! ❤️ Oh, the grounds are beautiful as well! 🫶"

"The original room did not have a working AC so we had to ask about a room change. Keisha was so helpful and got it situated so quickly. She was so nice. We bugged her with so many little questions and small tasks, like breaking bills for the vending machines and band-aids after I hurt my ankles walking around at Busch Gardens. She was so nice, kind, and patient with us. Thank you so much, please give her a raise."
