"Overall, the resort is very beautiful and organized. It’s pleasant to simply be there with the modern design and look. However, the rooms are a bit poorly established: the bathroom did not have a fan so throughout our weekly stay, the smell was pungent. The staff was very nice and respectful, and it was very nice to have a shuttle system traveling 24/7 past all living quarters to pick up and drop off the people vacationing. We really enjoyed the events that were planned throughout our time. It was well prepared for and fantastically performed. I highly recommend this stay to others, overall it’s an amazing location with amazing service to relax and have a lot of fun "

"Very dated. Mosquitoes in the room. Rooms are very cold. No screens on the patio doors. No snack areas. Impossible to make reservations at any of the sit down dinner spots. I was there 7 days and they only allow you 2 reservations. But they are so booked, we will only be able to get one restaurant booked for the whole week. Eating at a buffet every single day for every meal is not ok"

"Yes, we found the spa relaxing. The main pool on the other hand, not so much. Music that was played from 10am, until sometimes into the wee mornings, was extremely loud and mostly designed for the younger generation, which we aren't."

Claudia,Isabelle, Yeplady (?) and Eduardo??, (not sure of the last two’s names sorry) went above and beyond! Rooms were well cleaned daily. Food was great!"
