Expected to have spa heat for our trip and due to remodeling- was unable but wasn’t told until after we arrived. Again the host refunded our cost for the heat, but it was expected and would’ve been nice.Again due to the remodeling the plumbing was backwards in the shower, which wasn’t communicated until I...
