"The property is very safe and quiet. We can see Mount Fuji from the balcony. There are some very good traditional Japanese restaurants around this area, we tried several of them, we experienced the Japanese culture and delicious food at the same time. "The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"A great, affordable hotel right by Gora station - perfect location for exploring Hakone. We opted for a private room which was lovely and comfortable. The onsen facilities are only open to guests and while small are very pleasant, and the number of people is limited at any one time. Even the snacks and drinks in the minibar were very reasonably priced and locally sourced. Thoroughly recommended!"
