"The condominium rooms are very nice. The personal hot spring tub in the room was great. The room was quite large by Japan standards. The overall condition of the property was excellent, with lots of fun communal spaces like public and private onsens, a library, and a kids area. The free beer and sodas at various times of the day were a nice touch. The dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. It is a few minute walk from 2 train stations and the open air museum. Highly recommended. "

"Più che un ostello un hotel vero e proprio con tutti i servizi annessi. La nostra camera era spaziosa (considerando il Giappone) e con servizi. Onsen molto bello, inoltre è una struttura tattoo friendly! Colazione ottima, abbiamo anche cenato, cena ok. Posizione strategica ad 1 minuto (tramite sottopasso con una 15ina di gradini) dalla stazione di Gora."

"Wonderful hotel tucked away with gorgeous views! Close walk to bus stop and the train, you’ll just have to prepare to walk uphill a lot lol the onsen is amazing, we used the outdoor one every night. There aren’t many people so both hubby and I had the onsen to ourselves each time! It’s such a peaceful place, it’s where we ended our Japan trip. Just know that restaurants and shops close early (like 5-7pm!) and the busses also stop around 10 so eat early. We got the executive suite, so so worth it...

"Staff was extremely nice and helpful, they give you a pamphlet on things to do. Bikes on site to rent ,a bar right outside. Air conditioning, and shared bath is nice. In a beautiful area and perfect view of Fuji. A definite recommendation for anyone who wants to see the area of mt. Fuji! "
