"I booked the hotel one day before arriving, I do not have nothing to say about the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, but the place needs to be updated, the roof of the cabins were old, we found bugs in the sheets, and I found hair in the shower, the place is beautiful the infinity pool and the beach, so I hope that they can do better because we really like the spot."

This if my first time visiting tulum and my friend stayed at another place for similar price, way way better. Ratings were misleading, don't know what to trust anymore."
