"Fantastic hotel. Loved the room. We actually wanted to stay longer. Loved the balcony, the layout of the room, the refillable water bottles, etc. We loved the location (right off the main strip). The only thing is it was a bit loud outside (close to a club/the main strip). "

It is at the edge of Tulum town center, but everything including grocery store, restaurants, beach, Cenotes, lagoons, Rui s and amusement park is within 10-15min by car. I loved quiet neighborhood and access to the hotel Bardo which was oasis in the jungle! Mariana was super helpful in resolving any issues quickly. I absolutely highly recommend this property."
