"This was a great property and great stay! It was walkable to multiple restaurants and the park. Shuttles were able to come pick us up and drop us off for excursions. All the staff were smiling super hospitable and especially a special shoutout to Fabricio who checked us in and was amazingly helpful in getting us situated in the room and great restaurant recommendations. We went in May and the volcano top was a little cloudy but there was a day it cleared up enough we could see the volcano top from this hotel. It had a beautiful tree path walking to and from our room with flowers and birds. Room was comfortable with ACs and clean room and showers. Beds are firm mattresses and firmer pillows. Breakfast had 3 meal options to pick from each morning and each was great. Coffee and a juice that changed daily. Great stay here. "

"Beautiful scenery. Comfortable room with a view to observe wildlife! Food at restaurant was ok not that great seeing that it’s the only place to eat . Ground were beautiful and staff very friendly and informative . Guided nature hikes were great! "

"This was an amazing slice of beauty and paradise!!! We ended up staying here in one of the Villa's after our previous accommodations didn't work out. The only thing I will warn people about is if you choose to stay in one of the Villa's prepare to do stairs (a lot of stairs!) However, even with this the stay was peaceful, wonderful and the views were breathtaking. The best part was that each Villa has its own Wi-Fi so that you aren't fighting for Wi-Fi speeds! This is also somewhere that is pretty close to some amazing dining options! "

"Hotel was in a great location, a few minutes walk to the main area full of shops and restaurants. The property itself is great value for money, it has an older feel and room quite small but that did not bother us at all, we really felt comfortable staying there and loved the seating areas outside each room to relax in. A higher floor had chairs facing the volcano which was fabulous. Pool was brilliant and perfect temperature. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Tea and coffee available whenever we wanted it. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We booked tours through the hotel too which were a great price. One great perk is that you get use of their sister hotel Volcano Lodge where there’s a lovely pool and hot springs. Definitely need to take advantage of this, the gardens there are beautiful to walk round and we had an amazing afternoon there. Overall an absolutely great hotel to stay at, would highly recommend "
