"Check in time is 2:00. The room was cleaned but needed to be inspected. We had to wait about an hour just for the room to be inspected. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of people checking in, but I was told this was not unusual. Everyone was courteous and did a decent job, but there should be more employees scheduled during these heavy traffic times. "

"Although room is super small which not fit if you come with large languages, I came for 2 short stays with backpack, fine for me. Good price, very clean, all staff are friendly, the mattress is very comfortable. There are many bus routes and underground stations within 10mins walk. Definitely will consider next time for short stay again. "

Although small the rooms were clean, freshly decorated and well equipped. Staff are courteous and informative. Beds are comfortable. Room wasn’t too noisy. Would stay again. "

"Nice stay, 3-4 mins walk to nearest tube, fairly big hotel, decent size room and slept well. Reception staff were very friendly, happy to help with directions, taxi's etc. Room was clean although quite dated and def needs some TLC but for the price it was good value for money and would have no issue staying again."

"Lovely small old docklands building that has been transformed. The location was quiet and was right next to the river at Canary Wharf. Small rrooms but good as a base and clean with good bedding. Very convenient transport within a 10 min walk along the riverside , plus shops at Canada place. Polite and friendly staff based in the other building of the hotel which was over the road. Need to mention that there was a weatherspoons just over the road on the riverside where we ate breakfast and one...

"The hotel, staff, and room were all extremely nice. Everything was clean and spacious and we didn’t hear any noise from the rooms next to us which was a plus. The bar downstairs is nice for a quick stop and the restaurants and grocery stores nearby are great, as is the Notting hill area. Subway and bus stop are very close by. "
