"This is excellent hotel for visiting Hanoi. Tons of great restaurants and Hoàn Kiếm Lake , night market and BRG mart nearby and just 1-5 minutes walking distance. The staff is so nice and helpful especially Hannah Le. After I booked my hotel, she has already contacted with me through WhatsApp and provided a lot of information about hotel services and local travel program. Her excellent services making my trip so easily and safely. Next time if I visit Hanoi again, I will stay within Splendid...
