"Great location, great service. All staff is very friendly and courteous. The area is a bit underdeveloped in terms of roads/sidewalks. But that's Tulum, and it's right in the heart. Luckily there is a great drugstore and wine store/convenience across the street that are also well staffed and welcoming."

The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not.
