"Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Beautiful design, amazing and warm staff, great breakfast! On my husband’s birthday, all the staff was aware and congratulated him since early morning, and when we came back from our tour we found a bottle of champagne and a delicious piece of cake in our room. So sweet! We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful hotel!! Don’t miss it!"

"The minute you walk into this stunning hotel you understand why it is 5 Star!!!! The foyer and rest of the hotel are so gorgeous and elegant I really have never seen a hotel like this before. The rooms were beautiful and the beds so comfortable and had silky sheets. Everyone was kind nd welcoming but I must point out three that really made my stay!!! Marianna and Rita and the tall man who is the door man ( sorry I forget his name) were all exceptional!!!! Each one of them went above and beyond...

"Conviently placed so most sites are walkable. 5 mins to nearest metro. Hotel is nice. Standard room fairly small. Mattress quite hard which suited me but maybe not for everyone. Only drawback was shower pressure fairly low and bathroom floor very slippery when wet. Overall however good central hotel for a break in Porto."

"Great experience, wonderful staff, so gracious and helpful! A true 5 ***** star experience. Heads up to our American friends/travelers, Uber will not drive you directly to the hotel because, the road is very narrow (just very old) and most Ubers will not chance it. Local taxis, however, will though! Enjoy!"
