For US families note there is no AC, no dryer only washing machine and it’s a basement flat so airflow is minimal with 1 fan. Cons: Property security is lacking at main entrance (unpatched hole), flat entrance door handle is coming off and there are no screens on windows which open right into neighbors back patio.
