"As a traveler, you pack many things and body towels aren't something you would pack as it takes up a lot of space, even though I know it's a hostel, but there's a charge to rent. We rather buy it at a market for 120yen instead of renting for 100yen. Very strict with check-in time at 4pm and check out time at 11am. The rooms were clean for triple room. "We ALWAYS stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay every trip to Japan! The BEST STAFF & Hilton Hotel! We love it there! The staff is always so friendly & helpful! Having stayed there numerous times, we have made friends with some of the staff members! The rooms are big and very clean! Comfortable and it is not your typical Japanese Hotel room. Very spacious. All I can say is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel & their friendly staff! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Japan…hopefully soon! 😊"
