"This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hull. The speed of check-in, the friendliness of ALL the staff: reception, bar, hygiene they are a credit to the place. It's perfectly placed too, just a short walk from the railway station and the marina, close to great shopping areas too, but more importantly it's ideally situated for exploring Old Town. "

The bathroom was well stocked with bathing products but could really have benefited from a small revamp. Shower head had alot of lime scale and the toilet wouldn't fully flush.
