"Nice Hotel. 2 minutes walk to Big Ben! Staff were very friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Only gripe was no view as we had an atrium view but we weren’t in the room long enough to worry. "

"The hotel and room were clean. The check in staff were great. However, the shower had nothing to keep the water in so we had to use all the towels to mop up the flood which was annoying, even though we reported it. As a result we kept having to order clean towels. We couldn’t book into swimming till you check in but there was no space for groups of more than 1. There was also a problem with the curtain that no one came to fix so we had to climb and deal with it ourselves. "

The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."
