"Excellent clean room and hotel. Round the corner from Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street where all the shops are. Very near Tottenham Court Road underground station. Check-in was excellent and front of house staff were too. Housekeeping very good. Come and check the maids have been. Safe and fridge/ bottle rack in the room. Enjoyed it so much that I'm going back in January for more days. "

"Generally very good. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool on warm days. (room 524). Need to replace/add flexible water seal under tub/shower glass door. Leaked too much water onto the floor during every shower. Staff was good !"

"Brilliant option just by Euston station. Rooms are small but exactly what you need for short trips in London. Well priced and good value for a recently refurbed hotel. Rooms were a bit warm so we had to window open and there’s a lot of noise but that was the only downside really. Definitely our go to for short trips in!"
