"The place was ok. Not awful, but not great. A bit tricky to get in touch with the host. We had to wait in a weird-smelling hallway for a half hour for someone to let us in. Extra sheets that we needed were so damp we couldn't use them. Did not love it, but it was fine."

The main room, however, was nicer in the photos than in person: the building itself is quite aged, while the curtains pictured are not present in the current space. In lieu of the curtains, there is a roller shade that does not roll up and down with ease. Finally, although air conditioning is listed as an amenity, the apartment has only a small, portable AC unit...
