"Easy walk to subway. Starbucks close by. Food was good. Staff helpful, was able to arrange a car back to airport. They let me park my rental out front while I unloaded my bags. They have a coffee shop and two restaurants in the hotel. The fish and chips were good. It was within a short walk for the Hop on Hop off bus. I don't know if it was because I went through Expedia, but they wouldn't let me charge anything to my room-the only draw back."

"Overall, our stay was excellent - and in fact better than anticipated in all areas - facilities, location, service, breakfast & comfort. We had a room with a sofa bed so that we could use it as a sofa - however, when we moved it there was quite a lot of dust/litter underneath - understandable as it was pretty heavy to move & therefore clean around - but not pleasant to discover"
