This is a quaint, clean, quiet, cute little hotel that’s right in the middle of the French Quarter. It’s in an old historic building, so don’t expect pristine modern glitz and glamour, but it’s charming, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, and it could not be MORE convenient for getting around the French Quarter. Literally everything we wanted to see was easily reached by walking a few blocks, using the streetcar system, or taking a hop-on/hop-off bus. I especially loved the courtyard...

The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. This was my first time in NOLA and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and everyone was so friendly. Perfect location to hit Bourbon St!! Thank you guys for the warm hospitality. Southwest changed our flight and we got into NOLA at 8:15 in the morning. When we got to the hotel we expected to leave our bags and head out, but our room was ready!! I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.

Location was excellent! A few places to eat and have a drink inside, great fuse from observatory 11 and from our room; easy walking distance to the French Quarter Bourbon Street and other places. Particular shout out to the guys and the young lady out front that helped us get a cab an Uber or a shuttle. Every day they offered a friendly greeting with a smile and unbounded professionalism. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends that are in that area.

My dad needed a place to stay overnight due to 12-hour layover for Amtrak. I reserved him a room at The Haunted Hotel as it was reasonably priced and had great reviews. I am so glad I chose this hotel as Ginger was amazing!!! She reached out earlier in the week to confirm my stay and was very pleasant. I told her my 80-year dad would be staying and she made a point to make sure his stay was comfortable. She greeted him when he got out the cab and got him settled in his room. She communicated...

Very clean, quiet, and modern space. It is pet friendly and located so that everything is in walking distance. I thought the breakfast could use more attention to include items such as cereal and granola to go with the yogurt. You can hear the boats on the Mississippi and the train.

Nice large hotel room. Easy walk to the river and bourbon street. Beignets at cafe du Monde were delicious. Crab cakes at olde Nola cookery were delicious. About a mile from the cruise port. We couldn’t walk because it was raining.

Such a lovely and charming place. Excellent location right at the end of Frenchman; a very short walk from Three Muses, Spotted Cat and also French Market and Jackson Square. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and just delightful. My wife and I just love NOLA history and this had the "if these walls could talk" vibe.
Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

I loved everything about the hotel; the old charm, the location, and the entire staff. I also loved the size of the hotel; not huge and not too small. You don’t have to worry about the pool being crowded; I love it here. And the rooms are clean, nice and roomy. The location is excellent; waking distance to Bourbon Street, French Quarters, Deanie’s Restaurants , and everything else. You will not be disappointed.
