"We stayed for four nights and from the time we arrived we were taken care of. We are first timers in Cancun and didn’t know what to expect. The staff was great especially our concierge that helped us the whole time , Andre. He was always on it with our dinner reservations, to recommendations, excursions and spa reservations.
