All were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had all we needed to make the most of our visit. The morning breakfast is a must. Great variety of pastries as well as hot and cold items. The rooms are clean and very functional with comfortable beds. The hotel is quiet and we slept really well. The dog across the alley barks occasionally during the day but not at night. His name is Louie and if you gently call his name and pss pss him, he stops barking and wags his tail. "
