"We had a wonderful stay. We had some flight issues and were only there one night instead of two. Lucrezia responded immediately to my email with respect to our delay in arriving. I really appreciated that. Breakfast was outstanding, our room was spotless, it is in a perfect location and they took great care of us. Looking forward to staying there again.
