"Very nice and clean hotel. Everything worked just fine. Very nice location and only about a 10min walk from the train station which is convenient. The AC was a little confusing to figure out but still grateful to have one. The staff is very courteous and even gave us a map of things to do in Venice and even gave us a heads up of train cancellations to look out for due to train strikes. No elevator, only stairs but the concierge will help carry heavy luggage. I would say the only downside is that the room is very small to where my girlfriend and I took up all the open space in the room when we opened our luggage and we only had 1 bag each but I feel that should be expected for most hotels in Venice though."

"This historical hotel is located in a central location near the train and boat stations. Yet it’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is amazing and helpful. They were so kind to my child. The breakfast is amazing! The only recommendation I have is adding a shower curtain since it was awkward using the tub shower. "
