"Do the employees sleep? The ladies that checked us in during the evening were the same ones serving the guests breakfast! Not only that but they were beyond amazing at both! The hotel is a bridge away from the train station, so an easy 5 minute walk. It is also 5 minutes to the main bus/taxi area to and from the airport. There are lots of hotels in Venice but when we come back we will be staying here again! "

"The hotel was on the canal which made it easy for water taxi. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and classy although a little small. The location is a 20 minute plus walk to St Marks Square, but that is probably a good thing since it's much quieter here. Close to bridge to train station where Venetian commuters come and go. I would stay again if back in Venice."

"We arrived from the Venice Airport by bus and found it very easy and convenient to locate the hotel. However, it is a very busy area because it is the only area accessible by car. It is also very close to the train station e.g. 5 minutes distance walk. You can easily get back to the hotel from anywhere in Venice by following the direction to the train which makes it less stressful to navigate Venice. "Glamorous place - we loved hanging in the garden on the gran canal and drinking local wines while the vaparetto drive by. People were kind there, though no one could help us find live music or dancing on a Saturday night - it must be out there!? We will return if our budget allows it.."

"The location of this hotel is perfect…close enough to walk to everything but away from the biggest crowds. There is a wooden patio facing The Grand Canal…perfect to sit and watch the boats and gondolas. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. "It was clean and you could tell they tried to keep it up. The beds were not very comfortable. The air conditioning left a lot to be desired. But it was a quaint older building with a nice view. Friendly helpful staff."
