"This hotel is perfectly located steps away from Piazza San Marco. There are so many fabulous places to eat just steps away, along with gondola rides. Breakfast was great, too, and tea time. It was truly the best, and I would recommend to anyone!!"

"This hotel is perfectly located nearly in the center of everything. It’s just a 2 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The bar and lounge is a bit lack Luster but it does the job, quite nicely, after a long day walking all over the city. The restaurant looks lovely, but we didn’t really use it. The bed was a bit hard for one of us, but perfectly fine for the other. The Staff is very accommodating, but not pushovers. ****would stay here again!"

Mario was a fantastic host providing a lovely breakfast each morning and some great recommendations (including a map) of the most popular places to visit in Venice, which made our trip perfect. The place was perfectly located, very clean, quiet....just perfect spot for a short visit. And it was our first time staying in B&B and certainly did not disappoint. I would 1000% recommend this place !"
